The Cosy Corner has been newly renovated to high standard with contemporary furnishings and a private garden with a wood fired hot tub (extra cost applies). 

Think cool, clean interior but with cosy rugs, fluffy sheepskins and modern Welsh blankets.

It’s perfectly situated to explore Hay on Wye with its array of book, vintage, fashion, home and map shops plus an abundance of cafes, restaurants, pubs and even a live music venue.

The Space

There’s a king sized bed with super comfy mattress topped with a contemporary Welsh blanket and stylish cushions. Use the oak drawers and wardrobe to pack away your clothes as you settle in for a relaxing break.

In the kitchen enjoy state of the art appliances, a washer dryer, built in dishwasher and espresso machine. Tea, locally ground coffee and sugar is provided plus eco friendly dishwasher tablets, washing powder and washing up liquid.

The lounge has a brand new smart TV and there’s a bluetooth speaker to connect to and enjoy your favourite tunes.

Most importantly The Cosy Corner has a wood fired hot tub. Perfect for steamy nights under the stars. There’s an extra charge to use this for the duration of your stay with wood and the firelighters needed to get you going.

Please note, Cosy Corner is not suitable for children. Cosy Retreats 2 is 2 bedroomed and is suitable for children.

Our apartments are the perfect base for enjoying all Hay has to offer – whether you’re here for the internationally renowned festival, or just want to soak up the atmosphere.

As well as Hay’s famous bookshops, you’ll find an array of vintage, fashion, home and map shops plus an abundance of cafes, restaurants, pubs and even a music venue.

Get out and about

Hay is a fantastic base for outdoor adventures – hugging the River Wye, and with a foot in both England & Wales there’s a massive choice of things to do.

Enjoy walking in the Brecon Beacons, biking through the Forest of Dean, or kayaking down the Wye.

If that all sounds too active, there are a range of amazing places to visit and explore reflecting the stunning natural landscapes and the areas’ heritage.
