Paying for your holiday

On booking with Cosy Retreats we ask for a 50% deposit with the final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Changing or cancelling a booking

Cancellation More than 30 days before arrival
If you need to cancel your booking, we will refund you in full up to 30 days before check-in, minus a £25 admin charge.
If you booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, you can get a full refund for cancellations within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, minus a £25 admin charge.

Cancellation Within 30 days of arrival

Within 30 days of your check in date, we will refund 50% of your booking up to 7 days before check-in, minus a £25 admin charge.
For cancellation within 7 days of your check in date, no refunds will be given.

Changing your booking

After you have paid a deposit, if you need to change the date of your booking you may do so within 30 days of your arrival date for free, subject to availability and to the rate relevant for the new dates.
Within 30 days of your arrival date, if you need to change the date of your booking you may do so and we will charge £25 admin fee. This is also subject to availability and to the rate relevant for the new dates.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for refunds or expenses you incur in the event that you are unable to commit to your holiday.

Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for refunds or expenses that you incur in the event that we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).

Bookings made through the online booking system are provisional until confirmed by Cosy Retreats.

Your booking must be paid for in full 30 days prior to the beginning of your holiday, non payment of the balance will be considered a cancellation so please make a note to remind yourself.

Travel insurance is available for and is recommended for holidays within the UK. We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover all eventualities.

Arriving at Cosy Retreats

Check in is via a lock box and there will be no one to meet and greet you on arrival. However we are available on the phone at any time should you have any questions or queries on arrival and during your stay.

Take care during your stay

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions or vehicles. Please keep the properties locked if you go out, and keep valuables with you.

Every effort has been made to ensure guests safety but we cannot accept responsibility for any accidental injuries.

Strictly No Smoking inside all of Cosy Retreats.

Wifi is available at all the Cosy Retreats properties. You’ll find connection instructions in the welcome pack.

Check out

Check out is strictly 10.00am, but can be extended to 12pm for a small fee.
